These genes are over-represented in genes involved with cell motility when compared to the complete genome (Figure 3) and include seven genes involved with flagella biosynthesis (Swit_0212, Swit_1264, Swit_1267, Swit_1268, Swit_1270, Swit_1286, Swit_1293) (Table 1).
